Hi, Jake & Zack. On the last Fat2Fit I think Jake suggested to Zack to get
some rotisserie chicken. In our house we do poached chicken breasts.
My wife doesn’t use herbs or bay leaf, just poaches them in water,
but these times sound about the same. Then just chill in the
refrigerator and cut up (shred) as needed.
